So I have learned that Thanksgiving dinner can be really simple in my house (at least while Andy is gone). The kids would gladly eat crescent rolls, mashed potatoes, olives, and pickles for dinner. Easy to please :)
We did ham since it was easier and I didn't want to end up with turkey for the next month. Next year, we will definitely go all out with all the trimmings.

Yup, it was nuts-o down here; today off to have brunch w/ Bob's brother,sil,nephew that came over from the other side of the state but couldn't make Thanksgiving.
