It was so hard to say goodbye to Andy.
It was even harder this time, because he had to say goodbye to each of the kids. And I know that Ellie and Kate are the only two that realize how long a year is. The other three aren't going to understand :(
We are doing ok. Just trying to get the house in order and get back to schoolwork. We've taken quite a bit of time off of school in the past couple of weeks, but we have plenty of time to make up for it now...

Oh Jennifer, I'm so sorry. :( And yes, having kids makes the whole thing even harder, even though they will help you make time go by faster, too. I'll keep Andy in my prayers. Once you have a mailing address for him, could you send it to me? I'm sure we'll want to mail something to him eventually. Big hugs.
Thanks Birgit! Yes, I will be sure to send his address out once we have it:) We're doing okay. We've been really busy and out of the house a lot though and I don't think it will sink in for a while...
